Updates
We have a very strange format this
weekend. I won't even try to tell you that I understand
it. Instead of heats we have duels. If you
draw a duel by yourself, you are automatically awarded
2nd place, I guess that is provided that you finish. I
don't have a clue of the points system. Sure makes
it great for the fans, huh? One change...looks
like they gave 3rd place points to the 2nd place boats
except for the final duels...stay with me here.
One boat starts on the front stretch & one on the back...2
start/finish lines. If one boat catches the other
boat on the course, then the duel is over. They
are timed to determine the winner. Good luck!

With
the Elam out, that left an odd number of boats. Muscatel
drew the heat alone, and ABRA has decided that they will be awarded
second place.

U-7's
prop was too large when measured, but at this point they have
been fined as opposed to disqualified, as the rules specify.
It has been mentioned that the DSQ only happens when they believe
it to be intentional. Like that will ever happen among
friends.
**UPDATE: Final stands, U-7 is the winner!
